Approach
Sports biomechanics is an active research area. Findings on foot strike, cadence, and footwear cushioning are frequently revisited as measurement methods improve. Rather than presenting one paper as the final word, each module summarises where a body of research generally agrees and where it does not.
Where the literature is genuinely split, such as parts of the heel strike versus midfoot conversation, the course says so directly. That approach is slower than a confident soundbite. It is also closer to how the research actually reads.
